Silicon sleeve is removable for cleaning but once its taken out it will not go back in the tube so product is now useless

Wow, what a bargain. a nice sized penis pump with (3) vibrating "Top Cat" cock rings.

This is not the most sophisticated pump out there, but for $15, it ain't half bad. The one drawback are the accompanying elastic bands meant to slide off the pump and keep the erection but lose their rigidity pretty quickly, which is probably why they send 3 with the pump. If you were curious to see how a pump works, AND are able to create the needed vacuum, AND can figure out why, instead of detailed instructions, they instead re-create a play-by-play golf shot scenario on the side of the box(!), then you won't be disappoointed.
